Jin Lee, a Master's degree Electrical Engineer, started the business on September 1, 1989. Since then, the company has been very successful and was reorganized to its current name "Grand Electric & Construction Co., Inc." in 2010.

Samuel Lee is an Electrical Engineer with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He is a State of California certified licensed Electrical Contractor (C-10) and General Contractor (B). He is also a certified licensed Engineer-in-Training with the State of California.
